At Johnny Padres BBQ, our mission is to provide exceptional catering services that bring people together. Based in Lincoln, NE, our family-owned business specializes in mouth-watering barbecue dishes, with smoked meats as our signature. John Clare, a devoted Padres fan and family man, brings the same passion, loyalty, and care to every event he caters, making each gathering truly unforgettable.

Choose Your Protein(s):
1 Protein $14/per person. 2 proteins for $18/per person. 3 proteins for $23/per person. Standalone sandwich packages available upon request. Depending on size and scale, a 20-30% operating fee will be charged based on subtotal. This is to cover disposables, wood, delivery, and supplies.

Cowboy Caviar
A hearty combination of baked, great northern, and kidney beans, as well as meats and sautéed veggies blended with a variety of sauces.
Potato Salad
Homemade old-fashioned homestyle potato salad, almost like how your grandma made.
Cheesy Hashbrowns
Blended hashbrowns with 3 cheeses in a cream sauce with ranch, baked to a golden brown.
Mac-n-cheese
Ditalini pasta blended in a creamy sauce with 3 cheeses, baked for a crusted cheesy finish and lava-like flow of goodness.
Green Beans
A BBQ staple with sautéed diced peppers, onions, and bacon, finished in a whiskey sauce.

Traditional mild BBQ sauce.
Padre Gold
Sac fly with a yellow mustard and a Carolina-style finish.

Sac fly with a chipotle raspberry finish, for a sweet/heat combination.

Tastefully spicy sac fly sauce, for a little kick at the end.
